We wanted to make sure when the wines are released, it would be at the start of their drinking window to be enjoyed but that can also reward cellaring. The 2015 is the first vintage released from the program. The Shiraz was sourced primarily from Ulithorne's 65 year old dry grown vineyard in Blewitt Springs, handpicked, cooled overnight, open fermented,
